Iosif Skorohodov
Chief Executive Officer
Iosif Skorohodov is a land development and operations leader with more than two decades of entrepreneurial and project execution experience. From February 2013 to January 2025, he served as Director of Real Estate Projects at ITC Management Group — where he built the land development department from the ground up, creating the systems, consultant bench, and execution playbooks required to move complex projects from feasibility through entitlements and delivery.
During that tenure, he led and supported land development efforts across the nation and across two countries, coordinating with municipalities, engineers, surveyors, utility providers, and internal teams to move difficult sites toward buildable outcomes. In a consulting capacity, he supported delivery tied to 1,500+ single-family homes and 4,000+ multi-unit apartments, across 10,000+ acres representing $500M+ in total project value.
Prior to ITC, Iosif founded and built Sko Enterprises — a construction and land development company that developed more than 300 acres, became the largest framing contractor in its area for five consecutive years, and scaled to 312 employees. Earlier still, he founded Xincom Corp, a technology venture that surpassed $1 million in revenue within 12 months. In January 2025, he shifted full focus to assembling and leading SKOpi.

Freddy Jewell brings 25 years of surveying experience to SKOpi's leadership team, adding grounded field intelligence and technical site understanding to a company built around real development execution. His depth of surveying expertise spans boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision and plat support, legal descriptions, easement and right-of-way coordination, construction staking, field verification, utility coordination, and site-control planning.
